Death Note's thirteenth anime episode. The second Kira's diary sets up a rendezvous, but Misa already knows Light's true name through her Shinigami Eyes and walks straight to his doorstep, offering her notebook and her devotion in exchange for his affection.
A diary entry from the second Kira surfaces, and the team parses it as a request to meet at three possible spots across May 2007. Their youthful looks make Matsuda and Light the natural choice to scout the locations, with Matsuda posing as a cousin among Light's circle of friends. Light reasons that the first meeting points to a club called Note Blue. Misa, however, is watching from a coffee shop in disguise, and because notebook owners show no visible lifespan to her eyes, she pinpoints Light Yagami as the genuine Kira when he strolls past.
Misa reports to the team that she has located the real Kira, prompting them to soften their tactics. A broadcast brands the second Kira a remorseless killer while dangling a lighter sentence in return for information on the original. Misa ignores the overture, digs up Light's address online, and turns up at the Yagami home claiming to be a classmate returning a forgotten notebook. When Light meets her and touches her notebook, he glimpses Rem and understands who she is, then ushers her inside under the cover of her being his girlfriend.
Misa lays out the bargain: she will lend Light her eyes if he will date her, and she offers up her own notebook so he can be certain she cannot kill him. She explains that she reveres Kira for ending the criminal who murdered her parents and swears she will do anything for him. Moved to tears, she is comforted by a calculating Light, who privately decides she makes a useful instrument against L and accepts the arrangement. The episode notes two rules: the notebook cannot touch anyone under 780 days old, and four misspellings of a target's name void its effect. It aired in Japan on January 9, 2007, and in English on January 18, 2008.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
