Summary

With roughly three hundred SMILE-eating Shinuchi switching sides because of Tama, loyal Beasts Pirates resolve that killing her will end her power, forcing Nami and Usopp to run once more. Daifugo and Speed come to their aid with a ride, Gazelleman promises to keep the injured Komachiyo safe, and Zeus asks to serve Nami again, settling for the title of sidekick before gleefully attacking enemies. CP0 updates the tally to sixteen thousand Beasts Pirates against nine thousand alliance fighters, noting the Gifters could tip the war, though their only real concern is Who's-Who's death.

On the fourth floor, Who's-Who reveals his true grudge is against Shanks, who stole the Gomu Gomu no Mi, and by extension Luffy, who carries both the fruit and the straw hat. He recounts a prison legend of the Sun God Nika, a warrior said to bring laughter and freedom to enslaved people, and presses Jinbe for knowledge given his command of the former-slave Sun Pirates. When Who's-Who frames fish-man history as a history of slavery, Jinbe's fury boils over. He shatters the Tobiroppo's fingers against his Armament Haki, pins him, warns him to mind what he tramples when speaking of history, and floors him with Fish-Man Karate Ogi: Onigawara Seiken.
