Amuda is a former member of the Lightning Group, a band of kekkei genkai users hunted for their powers who robbed criminals to aid the downtrodden. Betrayed and broken after Kirigakure engineered his group's destruction, he loses his will to live and later offers himself up as a human bomb in Chino's campaign of revenge.
The injustice done to the Lightning Group hollowed Amuda out, robbing him of any desire to keep living. That despair curdles into a wish to spend what remains of his life striking back at the hidden villages, and he readily volunteers for a suicidal role in order to do so.
Amuda belonged to a band made up entirely of kekkei genkai users, marking him as a bearer of one of those inherited powers, the very gift for which he was hunted. In Chino's scheme he allows himself to be converted into a living bomb, planted among a controlled group of Konoha, Kumo, and Kiri shinobi and aimed at Konoha, though he alone is left in command of his own will.
Amuda once rode with the Lightning Group, whose members had all been driven out for their bloodline abilities and who stole from criminals to give to the neglected, trying to offer others what they themselves had been denied. Their exploits caught Kirigakure's eye, and the village manipulated them into attacking a foreign country's officials, then stepped in as protectors and wiped out most of the group; Amuda escaped alongside Nowaki and Karyū.
Later, in the events of Sasuke Shinden: Book of Sunrise, Chino recruits Nowaki and Amuda for her vendetta against the hidden villages. Amuda seizes the chance to trade his life for a strike back and is embedded among genjutsu-controlled ninja sent at Konoha, but he is subdued and knocked out before he can explode. When Konoha realises he acted freely, they read his mind and gather intelligence that leads to Chino and Nowaki being captured. The Sixth Hokage then extends an offer on behalf of the Fifth Mizukage: turn their abilities toward helping Kirigakure fight the same cruelty they suffered, as atonement for the lives their attacks cost. Amuda, Chino, and Nowaki all accept.

We ranked the six most popular women of Naruto from worst to first, and our number one is going to start a fight. The official poll got it wrong....

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
