Kicking Turbo Granny's Ass

Okarun and Momo step into the tunnel and talk over how to beat Turbo Granny. Momo figures this fight should be simpler than their clash with the aliens, but both are startled when a giant Turbo Granny seals off the entrance and exits. Momo hurls manipulated bats at the spirit, yet Turbo Granny shreds them using the mouth-shaped eyes on her body. Out of options, Momo tells Okarun to unleash his cursed strength, but Turbo Granny reclaims the curse by handing back his genitals, leaving him helpless.

As the spirit moves to devour them, Momo recalls her grandmother's advice and dares Turbo Granny to a tag match to test her speed. Insulted at being doubted, Turbo Granny halts and agrees, then begins counting to ten so the pair bolt. Okarun soon sees Momo snatched up and the count twisted, and his protest about cheating is brushed aside. Panicking once his ten minutes run out, Okarun bites down on Turbo Granny's breast; flustered and unable to shake him loose because of his clothes, she fully possesses him. As she readies to eat Momo, Momo follows her grandmother's lesson about touch, squeezing Turbo Granny's aura until the spirit is wholly sealed within Okarun. Reverting to himself, Okarun frees Momo, but the two panic when the earthbound spirit charges in to rescue Turbo Granny.

Turbo Granny returns Okarun's genitals, which snaps his curse and denies him her powers. She then takes up Momo's dare to play tag. During the game, Momo manages to lock Turbo Granny inside Okarun's body. Their victory is short-lived, as the Earthbound Spirit Crab drives Momo and Okarun into retreat while they attempt to release Turbo Granny.

This twenty-five-page chapter sits in Volume 1, part of the Turbo Granny Arc under the Kintama Hunt Saga, and launched May 4, 2021. Episode 4 adapts it. Those appearing are Momo Ayase, Okarun, Serpo and the Flatwoods Monster in mention, Turbo Granny, Seiko Ayase in flashback, and the Earthbound Spirit Crab making its debut.
