Vlad of the Delacroix Family relies on the Dragon Knights as his masked bodyguards. Stepping up as the lead villains of the Six Curses Arc, the unit chases down whoever carries the powers of the Fairy-Tale Card so it can deliver them to its prince.

Family is Seiko Ayase's nickname for Momo's growing circle of friends, allies, and houseguests at the Ayase residence. The group forms during Momo and Okarun's search for his missing kintama and expands with each new paranormal threat they survive together.

Seiko Ayase hires the Float Pullers, a half-dozen laborers, to drag a festival cart through the Onbusuman Operation. Blind to the supernatural, the men stay calm amid the eerie sights that would unnerve anyone with spiritual awareness.

History and Culture Research Club, also dubbed the Occult Club, is the Kami High society that Momo, Okarun, and their circle founded. Sold as a scholarly group, it secretly works as a private hub for hunting Okarun's lost kintama and handling paranormal trouble.

Commanded by Mika Adachi, the Jiangshi are reanimated corpses lifted from Chinese hopping-zombie folklore. Trained in kung fu, the group plays a minor villain role through the Kozuka Knives Arc as Adachi's enforcers.

Matriarch Naki Kito heads the Kito Family, a clan of subterraneans. For generations in Byakuja Village they fed a Mongolian Death Worm under the false belief that it was the Tsuchinoko. They headline the Cursed House Arc as villains, then later become grudging allies of the Family.

The Kur are a militaristic alien race from the deepest reaches of space, labeled globalists for their drive to conquer worlds across the galaxy. Named by the Serpo, they are the principal enemy of the Space Globalists Arc and rely on living exosuits to survive and wage war.

Based at a Shimane shrine, the Masked Priests are an order of aged clergy who safeguard the wish-granting Uchide-no-Kozuchi and wield it to break the shrinking curse afflicting Momo Ayase. Their advanced years force them to lean on younger helpers, a choice that ends up causing problems.

Born from the composer paintings in Kami High's music room, the Music Room Portraits are spirits, or thought forms. Years of student dread give them life, and they belong to the Seven School Mysteries. They surface only when the room's piano is played badly at 2 a.m., then move to kill the player.

The Power Collectors are residents of Kamigoe City quietly recruited by Red Baron to harvest yokai powers on Saint-Germain's behalf, including those of Momo, Seiko, and Okarun. Each agent receives a yokai ability through a special kozuka knife and is promised a single wish for delivering enough stolen powers.

The Rokken Sect is a guild of exorcists that, by Seiko's account, is made up of elders. Little else is established about the organization, though its name surfaces in connection with a major exorcism she arranges.

The Serpo are an all-male alien race whose homeworld, Serpo, sits within the Zeta Reticuli star system. As recurring foes across the series, they snatch humans to harvest reproductive organs, then fixate on stealing spiritual powers to jolt their stalled evolution forward.

The Severed Head Dribblers are entities conjured inside a gym whenever intruders enter late at night. Under Takeshi Murakami's control they became major foes during the Kozuka Knives Arc, hunting trespassers to dunk their heads through a basketball hoop.

The Sorcerers Association is a body devoted to preserving order throughout Japan. Details on it stay scarce, but its reach is wide enough that Saint-Germain treats the group as a real barrier to his secret scheme of harvesting yokai powers.
