Cockroach Devil

Towering far above a person, this devil wears a lattice of bone over much of its frame, a skeletal shell that wraps the skull yet leaves the torso exposed. The shape reads as a humanoid roach, finished with antennae that rise from the head and trail down the length of its back.

Cold calculation drives the creature. It schemes to ambush Chainsaw Man by dangling a pair of impossible choices, a teenager with a bright future set against a car packed with the elderly, daring him to prove he deserves the hero label. Fellow devils mean nothing to it; when its own descent crushed the Bat Devil, it never paused to notice.

Its rampage begins as a brawl with Chainsaw Man somewhere across the city. Mid-fight, the two of them crush the Bat Devil, which spares Asa Mitaka and Yuko in the process. As the destruction spreads through the streets, Denji opts to finish the roach quickly rather than shield the bystanders nearby, rescuing a cat instead, and news crews capture the whole spectacle.

Its raw power is considerable even without any unique trick. A single high-speed landing is enough to end the Bat Devil, and it can fling Denji across blocks and flatten buildings under a relentless flurry of punches, all while weathering repeated blows before it finally falls.
