Appearance
This Devil is mostly head, an oversized one crowned by a pair of stubby horns. Its eyes carry a goat's slotted look, and its nearly toothless mouth sits below them. Thin patches of hair cling to the crown and sides of its skull, while a ragged stubble covers the rest.
Personality
The manga has yet to reveal anything of the Bitterness Devil's disposition. Like any Devil, it can offer humans a contract in exchange for a price.
History
During the Aging Devil arc, Pochita slips free of a Public Safety trap and goes on a tear through the city, devouring one Devil after another, the Bitterness Devil among them. Later, lost in the Aging Devil's warped world, Denji begins to recover his stolen memories: thinking of Aki and Power, he heaves up the Snow Devil, and bitterness itself is restored when he expels the Bitterness Devil as well. A plunge into a nearby lake then brings back his memories of Meowy, Nayuta, Reze, and the dogs.
